We have partnered with Zendesk and can provide an outstanding simple customer service request helpdesk expereince.
If you are an existing client, please log a support request for all your support requests by clicking on the green Zendesk logo.
Once your request has been logged, it will then be recorded and monitored throughout every step until it has been resolved. We use a combination of remote tools and iPhone applications to provide 24 x 7 coverage in order to ensure you receive the fastest response.
We aim to provide the highest level of support and customer service. We believe that no question is too big or too small. If you are experiencing difficulties with your PC or Mac, please do not hesitate to log a request. We can provide 'Pay As You Go' support, which is one of the best ways for us to prove to you how good we actually are.
Once you have tried us we are sure that you will want to sign up for our 'Peace of Mind' agreement, if only to keep your teenage children off your back because they have important school coursework deadlines to meet or was that facebook deadlines!

The Zendesk application can be accessed from our site or it can be accessed by a handheld device that has internet access. You can then create, view or change your support requests. from your device. This is especially useful if your computer will not turn on at all!
